Recently with the participation of the foreign investments the new company "Ukrplastic" has been registered, the purpose of which is the manufacturing of plastic production, including furniture. According to the data of the company in the nearest 5 years about $ 10 mln. will be invested in the enterprise.

The company has its own production base - 40 kms from Kiev, where now spade-works are performed. Modern injection molding machines LG have been already purchased. In the new production complex there is the injection molding machine LGH1300HM for the big dimension moldings, which has no analogue in Ukraine yet. Start and outcome to the total volume of production output is planned at the end of 2002.

It is expected that productive capacity of the company gives the possibility to meet the requirements of the home market in plastic furniture.
